  "I am the main point of contact for the GO program in the countries and territories located in the Arctic, the Atlantic, the Indian Ocean, and Antarctica – the so-called 'isolated' OCTs. I manage operational aspects and oversee the implementation of activities, serving as the link between the Expertise France team and the various local stakeholders.

  These isolated OCTs face a vast range of environmental, climatic, and social conditions, from turquoise waters to the most extreme cold. In some of them, societies have been built around these strong constraints. Others are not permanently inhabited, allowing nature to thrive with little human interference. Absolutely fascinating!"
