Call for tenders - AquaRevive project: strengthening drinking water resilience in Montserrat

As part of the Green Overseas Programme, a call for tenders has been launched for the AquaRevive project, a pilot initiative dedicated to the rehabilitation of drinking water sources in Montserrat. This project is part of the Green Overseas Expertise Network, which mobilizes expertise in support of the ecological transition in overseas territories.
Project objective
Faced with the growing impacts of climate change, AquaRevive aims to guarantee sustainable and safe access to drinking water. The contract covers four main areas:

A technical needs assessment for the rehabilitation of existing infrastructure;

The pilot rehabilitation of a drinking water source, targeted as a priority;

The development of a long-term monitoring and maintenance plan, integrating local skills development;

A synthesis of the lessons learned from the project, with recommendations for the island's water system as a whole.
Participation methods
The deadline for submission of bids is June 23, 2025.
