The two specific objectives of the GO Program are:

In 2021, the GO Team successfully conducted extensive consultations, including bilateral exchanges with nearly all recipient countries and territories, and multi-stakeholder thematic workshops on energy and resilience that took place from November 2021 to January 2022.

After the consultation phase, two main implementation modalities were selected to achieve the objectives of the GO Program:

The "GO Facility": each beneficiary country or territory is invited to submit requests for specific activities at the national/territorial level within a predetermined maximum financial range

"GO communities": a community consists of several sets of activities at the regional and interregional level involving all beneficiary countries and territories or groups of beneficiary countries and territories
